About me
Straight out of HEC Paris, I then spent 3 years at MIT Harvard with 2 MBAs in my pocket directly from Harvard.
And yes, this is probably the background that people think they need to have to carry out a project, but here is the truth: I have a Scientific Baccalaureate from the Lycée de Uturoa, then two incomplete courses in biology at UPF and Staps in Toulouse. This was followed by 5 years of wandering in Spain, Belgium, France, Asia, New Zealand, and finally Australia.
I have no background in IT. I'm incapable of developing a complete application for you, but without any pretension, I know how to hypothesize how a technology can positively impact people's lives. And that's what I do at Alaroots Web Consulting.
I'm often told that you have to read to absorb knowledge. It's true, but honestly, it's not really my method. I prefer to travel, talk to people, listen to podcasts and audiobooks. And so far, it's working. I think it doesn't matter how you learn; the most important thing is your curiosity.
As a guardian of the vision, my job is not to tell everyone what to do. Talents know what to do; if they don't, it's an Achilles' skill. My job every day is to remind people what our FOCUS should be because along the way, many opportunities present themselves to you, but you don't build anything lasting and impactful by scattering your attention across several things. What is FOCUS? It's saying NO. When you say no to several possible projects, you focus your team on the excellence of a single project. And one day, everything becomes real.

Multi-Property Booking Engine

There are already booking engines, but the reason for this new project was to make it possible to book simultaneously with multiple properties. If I draw an analogy, before us, there was no shopping cart like Amazon for your stays. So I came up with the idea of this need and I couldn't find any solution, at least accessible to us. So I decided to develop this with Toki. The goal was to make it easier for Guests to book our accommodation chain.
